Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.

We sincerely bow our heads in apology to everyone who was hurt by the careless remarks made by Xdinary Heroes member Jun Han on a fan communication platform today.

Jun Han is taking this matter very seriously and is deeply reflecting on the pain and disappointment caused by his thoughtless words and actions.

We, as a company, also feel a strong sense of responsibility for the shortcomings in our guidance and education of the artist. Moving forward, we will be more attentive to prevent such incidents from recurring. We will provide thorough education to our artists on social awareness, sensitivity, and proper communication with the public so they can grow with the right values and a mature attitude.

Once again, we sincerely apologize to everyone who was hurt by this incident.

1. Why is JYP always bringing those delinquent male idols in?

2. Just make him withdraw, I don’t want to support an idol with that kind of mindset. JYP has had plenty of cases where they made members leave before. So is it only okay if they follow whatever the company says?

3. They really need to start educating all their male idols

9. This company... Is always having a hard time because of those Hannam's controversies. They really come in every kind 

10. The way he talks about different races is just shocking. It seems like international fans won't stay still about it so they had no choice but to address it ...
