I think it's because her eyes are really big, when someone has huge eyes and thick aegyo-sal, it can sometimes give off a bit of a "frog-like" look. Not just Ian, but even other pretty and handsome idols with strong features can sometimes give that vibe too. But honestly, if you're as pretty as Ian, that's all that matters. She's absolutely freaking pretty
