Since the results of the preliminary injunction were made public on March 21, we have been in contact with the parents of our members, law firm Shin & Kim, and over the past few days, we have met with four large law firms, including Shin & Kim, three former lawyers, a 17-year prosecutor, and a former judge. We have sought the advice of as many lawyers and law firms as possible to review the current situation from an objective, non-fandom-related perspective, and we have summarized our position.
We recognize that many Bunnies are confused at this time, but as mentioned above, we're working with as many lawyers as we can to discuss the situation in depth, and we're also preparing a position paper outlining the key legal issues. We know this is a difficult situation, but we've had a full discussion and we're ready to move forward.
