First, Lee Jin-ho stated, "The family of the deceased must already have the script for my broadcast. At no point did I say that it was a fabricated drama or that the relationship between the two is false after Kim Saeron posted the photo of her and Kim Soohyun with their faces close. If there is evidence of such a claim, they should present it as proof."

He also added, "I’m curious as to what my relationship with Kim Soohyun is, that they are involving me in this matter. I have never contacted or met with anyone from Gold Medalist, nor do I have any connection with people affiliated with Gold Medalist. Despite this, the Garosero Research Institute is claiming that I received orders from Gold Medalist and filmed a video to har**s Kim Saeron."

Lee Jin-ho concluded, "This is a clear case of defamation. I will take legal action to ensure that the results are clearly revealed."
