Lawyer Kim explained, "The agency is grieving the loss of our actor, the late Kim Saeron. We believe the family is also carrying this grief, so for now, we are refraining from legal action as much as possible. However, the situation has escalated with the continued promise of revealing photos, and this time, the release of the explicit photos is too serious to avoid legal action."
Earlier, on the 20th, Kim So-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, announced that it had filed a police report against the YouTube channel "Garosero," which posted Kim Soohyun's revealing photo, as well as the late Kim Saeron's family and an unidentified individual known as Kim Saeron's "aunt" for violating special laws on se**** violence.
