Recently, the 'Queen of Tears' fandom has been spurring production by opening a Blu-ray promotion cafe. From July to August last year, the second round of pre-payments for the 'Queen of Tears: Premium Edition Blu-ray' was held, proving its popularity. The Blu-ray was reportedly sold for 297,000 won.
