"DJ Diplo's ex-girlfriend Shelly Auguste has filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of SA, battery, defamation and fraud, according to Dailymail.

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Auguste claims the 42-year-old entertainer first contacted her via Twitter when she was just 17 and "asked for n**e photos."

The pair continued to exchange "explicit" images until they first met in 2018, when she was 21.

She stated that after she moved to Los Angeles, "Diplo began sending her unsolicited photos of himself in s**** situations and co*rcing her into having s** with him." According to court documents, Auguste "ceased all communication" with Diplo after he asked her about the rumored herpes infection. However, after the two reconciled a year later in 2019, she claims she "gave in to the pressure and gave Diplo her virginity.""

"After Auguste's claims were made public, rapper Azealia Banks, a former Diplo collaborator, appeared on her podcast and claimed, "I had s** with Diplo when I was 17.
