If you watch the full version, the plastic surgeons wasn't actually recommending she needs surgery; they were just asked to pick something, so they each chose one thing, and it was compiled. Plus, Han Gain herself first mentioned her insecurities, like her eyes sinking when she's tired and her face shape being tricky for camera angles, so they suggested surgeries that could address thoseㅋㅋ It's just their job, so it's whatever. It wasn't like they were insisting she get it done
