According to reports from the entertainment and legal industries on the 21st, Hanni’s E-6 (Artist Entertainment) visa, issued through Ador, will expire in early February. If Hanni wishes to continue her domestic activities, she either needs to extend her Ador E-6 visa or leave the country.
If Hanni stays in South Korea after her E-6 visa expires in early February, she will be in an illegal stay status. Hanni had previously been caught in a "dilemma of illegal stay" after notifying Ador of her intent to terminate her exclusive contract on November 29 of last year. While there were differing interpretations regarding the validity of her E-6 visa due to Hanni’s claim that she had terminated her contract with Ador and Ador's stance that "NewJeans and Hanni are still with Ador," there will be no ambiguity once the visa expires. It is now inevitable that Hanni will be considered an "illegal resident" once her E-6 visa expires in early February.
