[theqoo][EXCLUSIVE] NEWJEANS' MANAGER ACCUSES KIM JOOYOUNG OF WORKPLACE HAR*SSMENT

"Group NewJeans Manager A filed a complaint with the Ministry of Employment and Labor today against Kim Joo-young, CEO of Ador, for har*ssment in the workplace. The contents of A's complaint are the following:

1. After luring the suspect into a business meeting, she suddenly gave A a standby notice and demanded that A immediately return the laptop at home. Despite A's request to leave work, A was illegally detained for about 3 hours until the laptop was returned. (Violation of Article 7 of the Labor Standards Act, workplace harassment)

2. Forcing people to submit their personal cell phones without any legal basis (workplace harassment)

3. Even though all work-related data was backed up online (company drive) and there was only personal data on the laptop, an investigation was initiated, saying that this would be grounds for disciplinary action for formatting the laptop (workplace bullying)

Ador's side said, “We have not received any information from the relevant party.”
