"Hello, this is IST Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to the fans who send lots of support and love to THE BOYZ.
We are addressing this statement due to the continuous occurrences of actions that invade the privacy and threaten the safety of our artists.
There have been ongoing incidents of unauthorized visits to places related to the artists’ private lives, such as the agency’s headquarters, hair salon, and dorm, as well as attending private scheduled activities, spreading malicious rumors, taking photos and videos by forcefully approaching members during airport arrivals and departures, following their vehicles, and illegally obtaining personal information to attempt contact. These illegal activities have caused severe mental and material harm not only to the artists but also to their families, acquaintances, and those around them.
Particularly on November 9, an incident occurred where a sasaeng, who was hiding in the emergency stairwell, approached THE BOYZ member Sunwoo as he was getting out of the elevator and entering the dorm after finishing his scheduled activities. Sunwoo felt threatened and immediately reported this to our staff, and he and the staff caught the sasaeng and sent them to the police. During the process of detaining the sasaeng who was trying to flee, they were repeatedly assaulted. The individual was arrested on the spot for trespassing and assault, and a police investigation is currently underway.
Sunwoo and our staff visited a nearby hospital immediately after the incident for examination and treatment. We are prioritizing the health and stability of our artist by continuously monitoring hiw condition and taking necessary measures.
Additionally, we recently discovered a tracking device attached to the artist’s vehicle parked in front of our office, and another incident where a vehicle’s tire was deliberately damaged by an unknown person also occurred. Both incidents were promptly resolved before any further damage could occur, and we have secured CCTV footage and reported these incidents to the police to prevent recurrence.
These actions are clear illegal activities that cause mental and material harm to our artists and staff. We are responding with a zero-tolerance policy toward any illegal actions including the invasion of privacy, and we will take definitive legal action.
We would like to inform you that we are continuously collecting evidence and reviewing materials through our legal representatives due to the excessive infringement on the rights of our artists. We reiterate that there will be no leniency or settlements in this process.
Thank you."

7. Wow that's so scary
8. Sasaengs have lost their minds
9. When I think of The Boyz, I can't help but remember how intense their fans can be. There was that time when a reporter was trying to film a live stage, and a fan with a huge camera blocked the view, taking photos, and it ended up being broadcasted. Seems like nothing's changed
10. Sue them for stalking..
