Min Heejin, the former CEO of Ador, has declared a complete break from HYBE. There is growing speculation that those close to her, known as 'Min Line,' will soon leave Ador as well.
On the 21st, Japan's Asahi TV reported, "Former 'NewJeans Mom' Min Heejin has left Ador." The media outlet stated, "After Min Heejin was dismissed from HYBE, she continued her legal battles but eventually resigned from her position as an internal director, saying 'Further efforts are a waste of time.' Many of the staff members who supported Min Heejin and NewJeans' activities are also expected to resign soon."
This has fueled speculation that Min Heejin, having left HYBE, might be forming a new team with NewJeans.
If the staff members who helped create NewJeans, plan its concept, and develop its albums and world view all leave Ador, the identity of Ador would essentially disappear. Moreover, if these departing staff members join Min Hee-jin, the place they go could be seen as an Ador that has only changed its name. This raises the question of whether NewJeans' future decisions are now predictable.
