We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have encountered difficulties in proceeding with the 2024 KISS OF LIFE 1st WORLD TOUR [KISS ROAD] performance in Toronto. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

We sincerely apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to the performance for delivering such disappointing news.

Tickets purchased will be fully refunded.

We hope to meet you again in Toronto as soon as possible, and we will do our best to bring you an even more amazing performance in the future.

3. Usually, when the rental fee is too high compared to the ticket sales, they announce it in this way and cancel the performance, which is quite common at North American concerts. Some Korean singers did the same thing in LA not long ago

4. I feel like the company's way of working is problematic. The fans must be so pissed

9. How can they cancel the day of because of ticketing issues?
