If they were still under exclusive contracts with YG like before, they definitely wouldn't have been able to release results at this speed.

Most fans are really happy that managing their contracts this way was a stroke of genius for Blackpink’s level...

(During the 7 year contract period, each member only released 2 solo songs, and it wasn't like they frequently made group comebacks, but this year alone, they've already exceeded that amount by three times.)

1. Looks like Jisoo is pretty set on just being an actress?

2. Because of their group comeback next year, they're all working hard this year

3. YG really is bad when it comes to putting things on the back burner.. They're not like SM where they're pushing artists back because they have too many to manage, they're just doing nothing
