"Kim Bong-hyun: “However, in light of hip-hop’s tradition that emphasizes ‘attitude,’ some might think that after gaining everything from idol group activities, releasing a solo mixtape and pretending to be a hip-hop artist is contradictory and lacks style, even if the mixtape itself is of high quality.
RM: I understand that perspective. People could see it that way. But I’m very ambitious. The music I want to show exists in both worlds (T/N: hip-hop and idol music). If I make good music and people keep coming back to it, I think eventually these kinds of controversies will fade... I’ve been swayed by those opinions too much in the past. I remember when G-Dragon released ‘Heartbreaker’ and the response compared to when he released ‘One of a Kind’, the reactions were worlds apart. He pulled through, but some people still hate G-Dragon, and I think that’s inevitable (laughs).”"

1. If a junior idol said something like this about BTS, ARMYs would've totally been triggered while having a meltdown
2. He's saying that even if you prove yourself with results, haters are still going to hate, but isn't that such a simple concept...? Where's his intelligence gone off to?
3. Wow, this is the first time I've seen someone mention a senior idol by name in an interview... especially a senior. Wow
4. If he had just talked about himself, saying something like, 'Some people will always hate me no matter what I do,' that would've been more polite. But if a junior idol said this, BTS fans would've rushed in, mass a fuss and go 'How dare they!'
5. Wow, when G-Dragon released ‘Heartbreaker,’ the atmosphere was so intense it was chilling. This really makes me mad.
6. It's not like he said something completely out of line, but it feels like he's being disliked no matter what he does at this point
7. Even if RM was the senior, this interview feels way too rude. RM used to be the most likable member of BTS for me, but the more this stuff gets uncovered, the more I'm disappointed
8. No, this needs to be understood in context. He's just giving a shout-out. The tone is understandable since it's a magazine interview, but what he's really saying is 'haters gonna hate' and ‘G-Dragon still succeeded
9. He crossed the line
10. If the roles were reversed, I bet that people's reactions would've been differentㅋㅋ

1. Wow I liked Bigbang since I was young and as soon as I hit play on this Bangtan song, I randomly went down the memory lane. I thought I was listening to Bigbang's song
2. Ah is this a joke? There are just the same chordsㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
3. Too similar
4. It's the same...
5. This is not it
6. Freaking similarㅋㅋ
7. Wow it's the same
8. I get what you're saying by calling them 'similar' but if you think that they are the 'same', I think that you need to go to the hospital...
9. Huh? Not at all?
10. Not at all, they are not similar at all
