ILLIT has surpassed 1 million cumulative album sales just 7 months after debut.
According to their agency, Belift Lab, the group ILLIT has exceeded 1 million in combined cumulative sales for their two albums released this year, based on the Hanteo chart.
Their debut album, "SUPER REAL ME," released on March 25, has sold over 630,000 copies to date. The recently released mini-album, "I'LL LIKE YOU," recorded first-week sales of 382,621 copies, surpassing the performance of their previous release.
ILLIT is also seeing strong results in the music streaming sector. The title track of their new release, "Cherish (My Love)," debuted at #77 on Melon's Top 100 on the day of its release (as of 7 PM on the 21st) and rose to #36 (as of 9 AM on the 29th). The daily chart is also trending upwards.
The global charts are showing similar success. "Cherish (My Love)" debuted at #68 on Apple Music's global Top 100 on the #28 and maintained its ranking for two consecutive days. On Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, it charted in eight countries/regions, including Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, as a "Daily Top Song" (as of October 28).
