HYBE has denied allegations that they paid for members only content of cyber rekka Sojang.
"The allegations are not true," a HYBE representative told Daily Sports on the 29th. On the same day, a netizen in an online community posted a notice from Sojang, claiming that "HYBE was a paid member of Sojang's channel."
"We had the honor of having a major agency directly sign up for a membership," the post said, "SM, YG, JYP, and HYBE, they are among them." The netizen posted an attachment of a recent controversial internal HYBE report related to SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan.
"There seems to be noticeable interest in Jeonghan, as Sojang recently released a paid, members-only video about him." the report reads.
Meanwhile, HYBE has filed a total of eight lawsuits against seven YouTube channels, including Sojang, which are known for spreading cyber rumors, at the Seoul Western District Court.
