Super Junior's Donghae has purchased a building worth approximately 12 billion KRW (~$8.9 million USD) under his own name.

According to real estate records on October 13, Donghae acquired a building located in Seoul's Seongdong District on April 27 for about 120 billion KRW. He reportedly took out a loan of around 9 billion KRW (~$6.7 million USD) using both the building and an apartment he owns as collateral. The building has a land area of ​​approximately 2,906 square feet and a building area of ​​approximately 7,900 square feet. It was traded at approximately 146.71 million won per 35.5 square feet of land. The building was completed in 1988 and is currently being leased by a restaurant and a shoe repair shop.
