"Hello. This is Belift Lab.

We would like to clarify that the claim that 'Belift Lab copied the NewJeans plan' made by former representative Min Heejin during the preliminary injunction hearing on October 11 is completely untrue.

We will be submitting materials to the court that prove this claim to be false. We urge you to stop dragging our artists and members into your own trial and publicity stunt with untrue allegations, even though this preliminary injunction is aimed at HYBE.

Furthermore, the disclosure of our members' real names during the trial has led to cyber-bullying, including personal attacks based on false facts. We express our strongest regret to Min Heejin's camp for disseminating the announcement of the preliminary injunction hearing that exposed our names. In order to protect our artists and members, we would like to inform you that we will take legal action against Min Heejin and the authors of the malicious posts to hold them civilly and criminally liable.

We will do our best to protect our artists and members under the principle of zero tolerance."
