1. Bang Sihyuk recruited Min Heejin, suggesting they create HYBE’s first girl group together

2. He proposed that trainees be selected from Source Music, but Min Heejin decided to select only Minji and hold auditions.

Through the auditions, Hanni was chosen, and Haerin was cast by Min Heejin. Danielle, a former YG trainee, was brought in, and Hyein was the last member to join.

3. Bang Sihyuk, dissatisfied with Min Heejin's approach to the girl group preparation and concept, suddenly brought in Sakura and Kim Chaewon from IZONE and began preparing them for HYBE's first girl group.
