I'm not too sure where that is but the situation is slowly getting worse over there

2. Even in small towns like Belleville in Ontario, you can find places like that... At least in Vancouver, being a big city, you can somewhat avoid it.

3. It was already like that even before they legalized drugs but I wonder if it's gotten worse now...

4. What a waste of space.. and people are paying taxes for that;;

5. Can they not enforce laws against drugs there? This is honestly horrifying

6. It’s probably Hastings Street. Downtown doesn’t really have that issue… I traveled alone to Canada in February and March, and it felt super safe and nice. There were homeless people, but if you avoided certain streets, it wasn’t like that, and they didn’t pose any threat. Going to that specific area just to film is actually more dangerous. They say not to go to Hastings in the first place.

7. That's Hastings. That place was always like that. There's even a place for rehab there but it's a place that's always been that way. Even people over there avoid that place

8. I’ve actually been there, and it’s not even some isolated alley... it’s just a regular street, and then suddenly you hit that kind of area out of nowhereㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was just following Google Maps, and when I walked into it, I was so shocked.

9. I've never been there but that's so scaryㅜㅜ but seriously, even before they legalized weed, that place has always smelled like weed

10. Seriously drug is a poison in the West...
