On September 13 KST, Min Hee Jin's legal representative announced that a request for a provisional injunction has been filed with the Seoul Central District Court. Through the injunction, Min Hee Jin is seeking reappointment as an internal director at ADOR.
Currently, Min Hee Jin's appointment as internal director at ADOR is set to expire on November 2. However, Min Hee Jin's side maintains that her shareholder agreement with HYBE is still in effect, including the clause which guarantees Min Hee Jin's term as CEO and internal director of ADOR for a period of 5 years. Therefore, by dismissing her as CEO, HYBE violated the shareholder agreement, Min's side claimed.
HYBE, however, allegedly notified Min Hee Jin of the termination of her shareholder contract earlier this month due to unknown reasons.
By filing for a provisional injunction requesting for her reappointment as an internal director of ADOR, Min Hee Jin's side intends on limiting HYBE's control over her position. If the court approves of Min Hee Jin's request and orders a provisional injunction, HYBE must abide by holding a board meeting by November to reappoint Min Hee Jin as internal director.
If the court recognizes the effectiveness of the shareholder agreement between Min Hee Jin and HYBE, Min Hee Jin's side intends on pursuing further legal measures to reclaim her position as CEO of ADOR.
Finally, Min Hee Jin's side urged, "HYBE should halt its continuous breaches of contract, interference with operations, defamation, and insults, and make rational management decisions for the future of ADOR and NewJeans."

7. I think HYBE has really crossed the line trying to bring someone down like this. It's only because it's Min Heejin that she's holding on; if it were anyone else, they wouldn't be able to endure it. Min Heejin, find strength
8. If Min-sshi loses, it basically means that all other companies' idols will become Bang Sihyuk's slaves
9. I don't like Min Heejin but I'm supporting her in this fight
10. Now that things have come this far, can they really continue working together? Wouldn't it be best if NewJeans sued HYBE to leave, and Min Heejin started her own company to take them in?
