It seems like they could file a lawsuit for breach of contract due to Source Music and HYBE leaking NewJeans' materials and then leave. According to HYBE, unilateral contract termination doesn’t incur a penalty feeㅋㅋ HYBE's legal approach should not only apply to Min Heejin but also to NewJeans
