"She left APINK in 2022, 11 years after her debut. The group released a 10th anniversary album that year, but she didn't participate in any activities and announced her departure just two months later. Leader Jung Eunji (31) is still pursuing her acting career alongside APINK, so many fans are sad to see her go. Although she has been misunderstood, she says, "I don't feel bad about it," adding, "I filmed all the music videos for the 10th anniversary album, but I couldn't (work with them) due to scheduling conflicts. I was sorry for the members and fans, and I was also very disappointed. We were together for a long time in our teens and 20s, so it's a beautiful and precious memory," he said.

"Now it's my time to show my place. We've been together for a long time, so I wanted to stay with the team until the end, but there was a part of me that had to accept it. I decided to let it go rather than be sad. I'm not in contact with them (the members) now, but I'm cheering for them as a fan. Eunji's work ('Miss Night and Day') did well, and I felt good that I hit the nail on the head. I'm going to look for all the members' releases. Everyone is doing their best and I'm cheering them on from the bottom of my heart."
