[theqoo] ADOR'S EX-EMPLOYEE'S NEW IG UPDATE

"I still have not received a single apology. Min Heejin intervened in the investigation to cover up reports of workplace SH and bullying, exposed my private messages without consent, and spread false information while cursing behind my back.

When I requested a public apology, the response I received included my salary disclosure, accusations like 'You didn't do your job,' 'You're from HYBE,' and 'You enjoyed drinking too,' as well as a defamation criminal complaint made against me by the vice president last week.

It’s shocking that so many people believe and support someone who claims to have maintained neutrality, yet has been refuted for lying about me being fired for not doing my job and continues to ignore it.

I expected at least some reflection on their actions. However, it seems they are trying to bury everything as if it never happened, while shouting their innocence, and the vice president close to them is filing a criminal complaint against me, showing no signs of remorse at all."

"Do you think that staying quiet will make what happened disappear? Me too I should win this"

"Every time a complaint is added, it costs hundreds of millions of won, and you have to ask for the company's understanding to make an investigation statement on a weekday without any options.

When I go to provide my statement, I have to explain my painful experiences for a minimum of three hours and sometimes up to five hours, repeatedly recounting details I would rather not face again, while also having to address the perpetrator's personal attacks and false allegations one by one.

As a result, every time I provide a statement, my heart races and the stress becomes so overwhelming that I need to take sedatives, which disrupts my daily life before and after the statement. My civil and criminal complaints, as well as my report to the Labor Office, are based on a prioritization that leaves ordinary people with no choices due to these circumstances, not because I am placing less blame on someone. I hope there are no doubts about this.

HYBE has acknowledged that there were issues in the process and has apologized, and they have selected an external company to conduct a re-investigation. This is currently in progress. It is indeed ironic that they ignored the situation before and are now reacting late. However, it's still better than being ignored, defamed, and sued.

I am going through all the necessary procedures to seek justice for my unfair treatment and suffering. This process is difficult but necessary, and in a way, I am grateful for it. The most painful part is the perpetrator's brazen disregard, the overwhelming support and defense for them online, and the secondary victimization that attacks me using the perpetrator's logic.

Thank you to those who remember me and offer warm words of support."

1. Min Heejin needs to win against HYBE
But the ex-employee needs to win against Min Heejin
Isn't this what common sense should be? Stop mixing the 2 situations together...

2. The Min cheonjis here are so low

3. I can't support neither Min Heejin nor HYBE, but I'm supporting this person

4. No but people are saying she's complaining over trivial things, these things aren't trivial though ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ Min Heejin deserves the criticism over how she handled her and she's allowed to feel dissatisfied with how Min Heejin dealt with her. And the reason why Min Heejin is getting supported is not because of this, but because she's fighting the unfair treatment from a larger company ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ As long as people are clear about this. I support Min Heejin in fighting against HYBE, but I'm also supporting this person in fighting against Min Heejin. Is it that hard to understand?

5. HYBE and Min Heejin are all f*cking the same, they both need to be ruined, I hope only this person succeeds

6. The person who did the SH was a man, but the women are the ones fighting ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

7. If Min Heejin wants to focus on fighting against HYBE, shouldn't she deal with this person first and just apologize to her already?? She's like that type to think "my brats are the most important and other people's brats are whatever"

8. And what happened to that man who allegedly SAed her?????

9. I hope Min Heejin wins over HYBE and this person wins over Min Heejin

10. Min Heejin hates the way HYBE dealt with her, but she's dealing with this person the exact same way
