Some feel that the staff is intimidating, seems angry, and treats customers like fools, showing no consideration for those with social anxiety.
Others find the staff efficient, noting that they can accurately identify what you want from vague customer responses and are sufficiently nice. The frustration often seems to come from the customers themselves.
