1. I want to do that but after running for 3 weeks, I broke my knee and I'm recoveringㅠㅜ

2. I aso want to go out but... it's too hot

3. It's way too hot. Even walking is hard

4. I'm scared that my knees get worseㅠ

6. To the people who have knee issues due to running, try stretching at least for 10 minutes before and after running. It will seriously improve

7. Are you the devil for running outside in the current weather!!!!! I stopped going to the gym in the summerㅠ I'll start going out once it gets cooler outsideㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ please get cooler faster...

9. Are you doing light jogging? Or are you running in intervals?

10. How does your heart keep up with the running..? I seriously can't run because of my heart. I'm paying for swimming sessions instead...
