[instiz] [EXCLUSIVE] MIN HEEJIN "COVER-UP ALLEGATIONS" EXECUTIVE A = REVEALED TO BE THE VP OF THE PLOT TO SEIZE MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Amidst allegations that CEO Min Hee-jin of ADOR tried to cover up a SH incident involving male executive A, it has been revealed that A, who was identified as the perpetrator, was also the vice president who had previously conspired to seize control of ADOR from HYBE. This revelation is expected to create a significant impact.

According to Sports Today's investigation on the 13th, executive A, who was accused of SH within ADOR, has been identified as the same vice president who attempted to seize ADOR's management control along with CEO Min Hee-jin.

Recently, the revelation of the SH incident within ADOR led to suspicions of a cover-up by CEO Min Hee-jin. In response, Min Hee-jin denied the allegations, claiming that the situation was "distorted."

However, B, who identified as a victim of the harassment, stated that HYBE confirmed that A’s actions were inappropriate and recommended that CEO Min Hee-jin issue a 'severe warning' against A. Despite this, Min Hee-jin refused to take any such action and instead actively denied A’s guilt, engaging in excessive defamation.

Notably, the executive A, who is identified as the perpetrator in this case, is the same person who was suspected of designing a plan to seize HYBE’s management rights during the dispute with Min Hee-jin.

A, who is a former accountant, had proposed a plan to Min Hee-jin to "exercise a put option to receive 100 billion won, turn ADOR into a shell through a lawsuit for NewJeans' rights infringement, and then sell ADOR to HYBE." Min Hee-jin had reportedly responded to this plan with "great enthusiasm."

This has led to speculation that Min Hee-jin's active attempts to cover up A's case might be related to the conspiracy to seize management rights that A was involved in.

It is also interpreted that if A, the chief planner of the management seizure plan, lost his leadership due to the scandal with a female employee, it could have severely impacted Min Hee-jin.

In fact, B stated, "CEO Min Hee-jin shared the complaint details with A in real-time, suggested and reviewed A’s objections, and was thoroughly on A’s side. Min Hee-jin worked hard to gather all evidence to frame me as making a retaliatory report due to my inability to work when protesting to HYBE's HR team. Min Hee-jin trampled on and insulted me with all sorts of abuse and harsh language. He also encouraged A to hire a lawyer and sue for false accusations and used his position to nullify my complaint through various efforts," revealing that Min Hee-jin was actively involved in defending A.
