Amidst the controversy surrounding NewJeans' decision to not participate in the Grammy Museum's 'HYBE Exhibition' in the USA, it has been confirmed that the organizers had offered NewJeans the most prominent spot.
According to an investigation by Xports News on the 15th, the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles proposed giving NewJeans a central position in the exhibit to ADOR in March.
However, NewJeans' participation did not materialize. ADOR reportedly declined, citing the minimal representation of NewJeans in the 'HYBE Exhibition.'
A source indicated that the organizers extended a heartfelt invitation, stating they would position NewJeans' exhibit as the first thing visitors see. HYBE also communicated this offer to ADOR, expressing a desire for NewJeans to be part of the exhibition.
Unfortunately, due to ADOR's refusal, NewJeans will not be featured in the 'HYBE Exhibition.'
This decision has sparked online speculation about a potential internal conflict between HYBE and ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, escalating the controversy.
The situation is further compounded by NewJeans' absence from the recent Weverse Con.
Although HYBE explained that NewJeans could not attend due to preparations for overseas activities, other artists managed to attend despite their busy schedules. This has led to suspicions about ADOR's lack of cooperation with HYBE events.
With NewJeans also not participating in the 'HYBE Exhibition,' criticisms of CEO Min Hee-jin's non-cooperative attitude have become unavoidable. HYBE responded briefly to NewJeans' absence, stating it was a "label decision," implying it was ADOR's autonomous choice.
Meanwhile, the 'HYBE: We Believe In Music' exhibition will be held at the Grammy Museum from August 2 to September 15. It aims to reflect on the history of HYBE and its artists, attracting significant interest with the participation of major HYBE artists.

1. HYBE's exhibition..? Uhm... Just with the name 'NewJeans' exhibition', it makes me want to attend it more
2. It makes sense though? Why are people hating? ADOR, fighting
3. Looking forward to ADOR and NewJeans' exhibition
4. HYBE's media play is so dirty
5. they did the right thing...
6. As a fan of another HYBE group, I feel like the exhibition will probably just feature a small, token introduction of NewJeans, which would only lead to comparisons... It seems like it would be better to just have a BTS exhibition instead of a 'HYBE Exhibition.' = = I'm jealous that they can opt out if they don’t want to participate.
7. It's ridiculous... HYBE is acting like they're offering a great opportunity, but nobody believes that. They’ve bullied ADOR, which was recorded in court, and now they’re acting like they're trying to give NewJeans a good spot. Just have your party by yourselves. Why should NewJeans have to f*cking join in and get dragged down? If they’re going to take the money, they should take care of them. They are being disgusting
8. Show your best at your own main exhibition.
9. I’m curious about NewJeans' future
10. If NewJeans wasn’t under HYBE, they wouldn’t have been mentioned for the Grammy's. It’s better for them to do their own thing rather than fitting into this and feeling awkward later~
