CJ ENM's very own year-end K-Pop award ceremony, the 'MAMA Awards', returns this year as a spectacular 3-day event, visiting fans in two locations - Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, and Osaka, Japan.
On July 18 KST, CJ ENM officially announced that the '2024 MAMA Awards' will kick off at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California, on November 21. Afterward, the ceremony will continue for 2-days at the Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan, from November 22-23.
Previously known as the 'Mnet Asian Music Awards', the annual year-end ceremony has taken place in cities all across Asia including Macao, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Japan. This year, it will land in North America for the first time since its inauguration in 1999.
The concept of this year's ceremony is "Big Blur = WHAT IS REAL?". Audiences will be able to witness surreal experiences as well as visually captivating performances through the convergence of art and technology.
More details on the awards will be unveiled in the coming months.
