After looking at your works, we thought it would be a good idea to bring them into the virtual idol project we are currently working on and create interesting results together, so we would like to commission the project.

What we would like to inquire about

1. Finalize a version of our sketch of the character design

2.Visualizer for the title song.

The deadline for the schedule is mid-March,

This year, I have been receiving inquiries regarding the design of a virtual girl group from a corporate subsidiary. When I asked about the cost and detailed inquiries, the designer cut off contact without replying, which made me uncomfortable.

Today, there was an announcement for HYBE announcing a virtual group, and I received an image from everyone around me saying they thought I did the work, but it felt strange.

If you look at the third slide, the feel of the original sketch they originally showed me is gone and the drawing style has completely changed.

Fans think I was outsourced right?

They inquired this to me, but did not entrust the request to me.

It must be a coincidence that the result is completely different from the previous sketch [they sent] and the result ended up resembling my style, right?

What an amazing coincidence.

I know that I cannot claim that my style is unique.

I know that my designs are similar to comics and city pop illustrations, and my illustrations are created using references these are references.

But the company that inquired about me didn't even reply to me when I inquired about the details of the work, right? It was a collaboration inquiry that was unilaterally rejected.

No matter how I try to look at it positively, I feel uncomfortable that their original drawing style has been completely changed and the result is like this.

Of course, they probably referenced a lot of other references from people other than me.

Fans asked if I worked on it, and I made it clear that I absolutely did not. I wrote [the post] just out of frustration.

I am not writing this to ask anyone to do something. What power does an individual like me have?
