Even if he didn't know that they were NewJeans members, it would have been basic manners to accept someone's greeting especially when they do it first. Was it really that difficult to exchange greetings with each other in the company? After hearing more than one or two cases, including a member standing blankly in the elevator because she felt embarrassed about being ignored, a member who felt like he was pretending not to see her, or a member who felt like she was being deliberately avoided, as theirs parents, we have come to terms with this childish and unbelievable situation. We were shocked and at a loss of words because we could find nothing to say to [comfort] the children. The members are only middle school or high school age.

This kind of treatment is not the only thing we fail to understand. After hearing the offer and promise of being Hybe's first girl group, the Newjeans members signed a trainee contract with Source Music, and then had to wait in much ambiguity without receiving any explanation from Source Music during the project delay. Meanwhile, news of a contract worth 000 came to our ears. In the end, contrary to the promise made to us at the time of signing the contract, another team debuted as the first [girl group].

Hybe's broken promise as the first girl group in the past and the endless waiting/neglecting status for NewJeans members during their time as Source Music trainees are an unforgettable nightmare.
