I'm not sure where to start and my school grades aren't terrible, so this is more talking about my daily life routine in general. I found that I just can't help myself from browsing Twitter, Pannchoa, YouTube, TikTok, etc. I just can't put that damn phone down for more than 5 minutes. But I would have no problem browsing on my phone for hours and hours and before I know, my day has vanished and I have barely done anything productive for that whole day. Just yesterday, I spent at least a good 6-7 hours watching YouTube and scrolling through TikTok. I know that writing this here is ironic on my part but I genuinely need advice.
