According to multiple music industry insiders on the 20th, Konnect Entertainment has recently been on the verge of going out of business. All of the agency's employees have been laid off and quit the company, and the singers have also left the company and gone their own separate ways.
Kang Daniel, who was a singer under Konnect Entertainment and also the CEO of the agency, was embroiled in a recent lawsuit and decided to close his agency and split with his singers.
Kang Daniel also has a short period of time left on his contract. When the agency contract ends next month, he has decided not to operate as a one-man agency and to naturally close the company.

It was revealed that the agency's office building located somewhere in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul was also dealt with early this year.
Meanwhile, Kang Daniel founded Konnect Entertainment in June 2019. At the time, it started as Kang Daniel's one-man agency, but later recruited Chancellor, former GFriend member Yuju, and the dance crew WDBZ to work together.
