The timing of Vice President S's stock sale was a day before ADOR executives, including CEO Min Heejin, sent the so-called 'second email' raising various suspicions, including Hybe's poor management and discriminatory treatment of ADOR. Hybe's side suspects that Vice President S disposed of all of the stock the day before, believing that it would be inevitable that Hybe's stock price would fall if a public opinion war began with the email.
