[instiz] YG "BABYMONSTER, THE K-POP GIRL GROUP DEBUT THAT REACHED 100 M VIEWS THE FASTEST"

YG's new girl group BABYMONSTER has set a new record for the fastest 100 million views for a K-pop girl group debut with their official debut song "SHEESH".

According to YG Entertainment, the music video for BABYMONSTER's official debut song "SHEESH" surpassed 100 million views on YouTube at 11:35 a.m. today.

It took about 10 days after its release on the 1st, beating the previous record for the fastest K-pop girl group music video to reach 100 million views (18 days) set by BATTER UP.

It's also the fastest debut music video by a K-pop artist to reach 100 million views since 2017. Even when expanding the scope to all K-pop girl groups, BLACKPINK is the only artist to reach 100 million views faster than SHEESH.

The group's YouTube subscribers, one of the most important indicators of a loyal fanbase, also surpassed 5 million in 10 days.

1. Congrats congrats~~

2. But that's not their debut song. Why do they keep insisting that this is their debut song?

3. Hul they really changed their debut song...? Then does it make sense that they won the rookie award last year without even debuting?

4. I wonder if they removed the promo views. Their video showed up so many times as ad

5. It makes me think that the company must be very anxious...

6. Why are they media playing with promo views?

7. they are using so much promotions. Give us the real results

8. https://kpop.daisuki.com.br/ko/promoted_mvs.html This site apparently gives the MV views without promotions! ('SHEESH' currently has 35M views in promotional views and 65M in real views)

9. Nowadays, all rookie groups' companies are media playing about them setting new records with companies-made success. Same with RIIZE's sajaegi and HYBE..

10. When I try to watch some videos on YouTube, it comes up all the time and it's annoying, and I don't want to watch it, but it keeps getting advertised
