1. Put your spoon down when you're feeling 80% full
2. Skip a meal if you've eaten too much snacks
3. Don't lay down as soon as you're done eating
As long as you're able to keep those 3, you'll never gain weight

2. I don't wanna do it I don't wanna do it
3. #2 is just too hard, for me, snacks are snacks and meals are meals ㅠ
4. Of course you do that if you want to lose weight, but my issue is that I eat way too much dessert... But I sometimes use desserts for meals..
5. This is why I can't lose weight
6. + Just stop eating snacks...
7. But these are the hardest things to do...
