Big Hit Music has issued a statement of apology for the download link issue which angered many ARMYs.
Soon after the release of BTS member j-hope's special album 'Hope On The Street Vol. 1', an official Stationhead listening party was held on March 29. However, the download link shown during the listening party took fans to a link to buy "FRI(END)S" by V instead of "NEURON" by j-hope.
After fans sent in numerous requests asking for a correction, the link was finally fixed, and on March 30 KST, Big Hit Music stated:
"We express our sincerest apologies for presenting an incorrect download link during yesterday's Stationhead listening party. Stationhead confirmed and corrected a technical mapping error, but we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We also express our deepest regret for posting a schedule image with an error.
Moving forward, we will make utmost efforts to put forth preventative measures in advance. We extend our cordial invitation once more to join us in celebrating and supporting j-hope's new album, 'Hope On The Street Vol. 1'."
