[theqoo] STUDENT WHO GOT GAGGED AND DRAGGED OUT FOR APPARENTLY PROTESTING AGAINST R&D BUDGET CUTS AT THE KAIST GRADUATION CEREMONY

Video footage from the event shows that during Yun's speech, a student in a graduation gown and bachelor's cap shouted "Restore the R&D budget" while wearing a mask, and a presidential security guard clamped his hand over his mouth to restrain him, while several security officers grabbed him from his seat, lifted his limbs, and dragged him out of the venue.

In other videos, graduates can be seen with in-ears in their ears as they are carried out of the ceremony.
