The term Passport Bro refers to: 

An American man leaving the US to find a partner

Passport bros: 

- Think that American women are too selfish

- American women only think about their own careers, so they don't think about raising a family

- Therefore, they must go outside the US to find someone who values love and family! 

These are people who look for foreign female partners outside the US using this syllogism.

Most of them are white men, and many of them are middle-aged.

They look for partners overseas, especially in Southeast Asia, where prices are low....
