After joining JYP, a 12-year veteran in the trainee development division was appointed, and Jihyo introduced him as "the person who trained us together when we were trainees." When asked by Lee Seok-hoon how character education is conducted at JYP, he replied, "There isn't a specific 'character education' program, but we conduct similar types of education. We invite speakers to give talks on various topics, including character education."
Lee Seok-hoon also asked Jihyo, "What was character education like back then?" Jihyo reminisced, "I remember there were a few incidents where someone went to a bar, and if word got back to the company, they would be immediately suspended. If someone went to a club? Out. There were a few individuals like that." When asked if adults couldn't go out, Jihyo replied, "That's right. That's how it was back then. It's almost 10 years ago for me."
Lee Seok-hoon then asked, "What do you do about friends whose character doesn't improve even after character education?" To which the training instructor replied bluntly, "For friends who don't improve, there's no choice but to say goodbye." He mentioned that many of them end up debuting in other agencies after leaving. He also mentioned that even if the trainees he's in charge of debut, there are no incentives; instead, they just say, "Well, that's good," and express relief, bringing a smile to the audience.
