When you browse through TikTok or Reels, you'll find many videos showcasing the physical changes during pregnancy. However, compared to other bodily changes, "pregnancy nose" is often mentioned less, so let's take a look at it.

The way photo angles and makeup (like shading) are done can make a difference, but in reality, during pregnancy, due to the weight of the fetus, there can be poor blood circulation, causing significant swelling and congestion, especially in the nose (actually... it's not just the nose that swells^^). 

However, it's important to note that not everyone experiences this!
