"South Korea is the country with the highest number of plastic surgeries per 1,000 people in the world. South Korea tops the list, though most of the top countries are in South America. On Tuesday, U.S. investment publication Insider Monkey ranked the top 20 "cosmetic surgery powerhouses" based on data from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)."

1. Only barely 9 out of 1,000? That's way less than it seems

2. 9 out of 1,000?? Is this fake? Just double eyelids alone, it should at least be 1 out of 4

3. There must be more but they probably didn't count the disabled, the kids or underaged people

6. I went to my alumni reunion and all the girls got their eyes doneㅋㅋㅋ of course, I got mine done too

7. Do they count double eyelids surgery? That's way lower than I thought... Just looking at the people around me, so many got their eyes done
