A man in his 20's with tens of millions of subscribers on YouTube and TikTok recently suddenly stopped being active. It was found out that he was on trial for s*x*ally assaulting a drunk woman with another man.

Mr. A, in his 20s, became a famous influencer in a short period of time when he started posting videos on TikTok in 2020.
He parodied popular videos on social media and gained a huge following, especially among teenagers.
He gained tens of millions of subscribers and even appeared on TV shows.
Recently, Mr. A's social media activities, including YouTube and TikTok, were suddenly suspended.
He was arrested by police for s*x*ally assaulting a woman along with one other man.
In July, Mr. A allegedly went out drinking with a woman, Ms. B, and took her to a male acquaintance's house where they s*x*ally assaulted her.
The woman reportedly told police who responded to the call that she 'fell asleep and woke up to the sound of video recording and was s*x*ally assaulted by two people'.
When police later checked the scene, they found that Mr. A and others refused to open the door, so firefighters were called in to force the door open.
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, which investigated the case, detained Mr. A and his accomplice on the 12th and sent them to prosecutors on the 15th of December on charges of 'special quasi-r*pe'.
'Specialized quasi-r*pe' is a crime in which two or more people s*x*ally assault a person who is mentally or physically weak or unable to resist, and is punishable by up to seven years in prison.
Mr. A reportedly gave a statement during the investigation to the effect that he and Ms. B had a consensual relationship.
Police also investigated allegations of illegal filming, but decided to drop the case after no evidence was found on Mr. A's phone.
Prosecutors filed a detention indictment against them on December 21st, and the first trial is scheduled to take place on the 17th next month.
