[theqoo] CURRENT GIRL GROUP THAT IS GETTING POLARIZING OPINION

 

YOUNG POSSE produced by Dsp Media and RBW CEO Kim Do-hoon, and was born under the leadership of Hit producer and current CEO of BEATS ENTERTAINMENT, KIGGEN.

World-famous Ben Proulx's first K-pop music video. He really added that American sensibility ^^ I recommend watching the MV

The reactions to Young Posse have been very polarizing, with no middle ground.

If you look at the reactions so far (from Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Positive reactions:

- It's so creative

- It's cool

- It has that Snoop Dogg vibe

- The beat is awesome

- The lyrics are clever

- It's totally a hustle and girl gang

- This group is a game changer

Negative reactions:

- It's similar to other groups (XG, NCT, etc.)

- The 4th gen girl groups' melodic songs are the trend so why are they going for the old hip hop?

- Their clothes are weird

- Discontentment about how they don't have the usual DSP-like visuals

Personal note (you don't have to read it)

First impressions are fresh, but you're not quite there yet!

I want more wow points and they have to go through the process to show & prove!

BUT!

It's amazing that the girl group is made up of all rappers, and the fact that the members do the rap making themselves is a big plus! (Some of the members can sing too^^)

The main track "Macaroni Cheese" is also said to have been written by the leader, Sunhye, who was inspired by a poster for a macaroni cheese burger.

I think she's talented.

Maybe?

My only complaint is that the song is too short! The title is only 2 minutes and 25 seconds long.

If you blink, you'll miss Young Posse's stage on the music broadcast.

Bottom line: it's definitely worth keeping an eye on!

6. The song and stages aside, the MV was so funㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Than member called Sunhye stands out and I agree with the people saying they look like XG. 

7. I like how they are different from other active teams. We need to diversify the music industry

8. The song sucks so bad... It feels like I'm listening to some old Yunhway songs
