[instiz] WOW SO CELEBRITIES NEED TO BLEACH THEIR HAIR EVEN FOR THIS TYPE OF COLORS

It's obviously different from natural black hair but do they have to remove that much color to achieve it...? It feels like it'll really destroy the hair quality, and you can also achieve this color without bleaching it no?

1. If you want to have ash colored hair, you need to bleach it 

2. If you simply want to add color, it might look patchy so you actually need to bleach it to achieve it 

3. What kind of color is this? To my eyes, it just looks black
