My friend suddenly lost a lot of weight

So she lost weight and started dressing up nicely, but when she gained weight, she got a lot of stretch marks.

She looks wrinkly and it's uncomfortable to look at, how does she not care?

I'm not saying she has lots of them but it feels like her skin ripped
