I feel like rather than 180cm being "anyone can tell he's tall", it's more like "he belongs to the tall group"... Seriously if you want to be actually universally tall, you need to be around 186cm

Until ~176cm, you're not tall. Between 177~179 you're ambiguous, over 180~ you're tall
