Even for 4th gen idols, aside from 2-3 people, nobody really looks like a celebrity... It feels like 1-2 kids who are a bit goodlooking dolled up and came on broadcast
Nobody really looks like an "idol"
everyone just looks the same as Tiktokers, influencers and BJs

In the past, during the 2nd and 3rd generation, KPOP had that distinct "countrified" look to it, that was the aura that they transpired, but nowadays, I just feel like all the idol songs sound like copies of American pop sons and they're only singing the lyrics in Koreanㅋㅋㅋ Honestly, if you're going to do it like that, I'll just listen to American pop instead.... Idol songs have that typical strong pronuncisation, and kinda cheap-sounding beat to it, that's why it's fun to listen to them ㅠ I'm fed up with all the new concepts and the outfits, they all look like something I've already seen somewhere

First of all, I feel like everyone and their moms are filming Tiktoks ㅋㅋㅋㅋ At some point, their main job will be Tiktoker. They will be Tiktokers promoting as idols

They have no star factor and they can't perform on stage. That's the biggest issue. If you look at the 2nd and 3rd generation, they had skills in dance and singing and their live skills were a wall. Just watching their stages, you could tell how cool they were. But the 4th gen just looks like a bunch of kids who memorized a choreography for a talent show, they don't even make me want to watch their fancams
