The drama is "Battle for Happiness", he's not even a lead actor, but a supporting actor, but their posts have been constantly fangirling on him, in one page, you could find 5 posts all about him 

That character even made a fake IG and playing fake reply with the fans, it's just absurd to look at 

I've been watching ENA dramas nowadays and I've never seen a single post of them about the actual lead actors of that show 

They haven't made a single post about them aside from those usual shorts you see

But that actor
